Our records indicate that your CCNA certificate was mailed on November 19, 2003. Certificates are mailed via regular US postage. Please allow up to six to eight weeks for delivery from the mail out date specified in the Career Certifications Tracking System. If you have not received your certificate by January 14, 2004, please notify us and we will further research your certificate status.<br><br>混蛋的思科，今天都13号了～
