哈，这个不是酒的专业和正宗的问题。
钻下牛角尖，只有法国的香槟产区的一个地方产的带有气泡的符合相关标准的酒才叫香槟，这个受到1891年马德里协定保护，战后很多国家的法律里也有相关条文对香槟这一词进行保护。除了这个产地以外的带有气泡的酒只能叫sparkling wine，不能叫Champagne。

WSET里我见过两题是说香槟的：
To be classified as a "Vintage" Champagne in France what percentages of grapes must come ** the declared vintage?
A. 85%
B. 90%
C. 95%
D. 100%

If the bottle says Champagne on the label according to the French A.O.C. laws; all the grape must be grown in what geographical area?
A. Anywhere in France
B. ** any official AOC wine region in France
C. ** the AOC Champagne region in France
D. Only the vineyards with in a 20-mile radius of the City of Reims in France
