Guys, CCIE is good thing but not everything. Do not too confidence with CCIE becuase sometimes there is limit for that if you can not sell it in right company. If you talk CCIE equal to High salary and easy to get better job....CCIE is very useful in right circumtances but not in every circumtances and you should have good people networking relationship in order they know your capability.... Talking about CCIE with no networking experience... I means if you get CCIE with no field networking experience, so you have to patience by lowering your target become ordinary network engineer, then after one or two year working experience your carrer will be accelerated with your CCIE knowleged level. When you are working in industry no body care with CCIE, CCIE is useful for entrance at first door. After you accepted working there, if you CCIE and you do your job perfecly than somebody will say "ohhh that's guy is CCIE" but if you fail than somebody will say "how come he get CCIE...with luck or by just reading a book". Usually when you're CCIE with field experince, you become team leader in a large project or multiple large project, you are not handle equipment only but you must take your own people, project schedule, and even project budget...that's very difficult if you learn only ** book or LABS.
