The goal of these filters is to prevent unwanted traffic in the network – whether to prevent hackers from penetrating the network or just to prevent employees from using systems they should not be using. DDR(按需拨号)通过ACL来定义感兴趣的数据流(interesting traffic)，进行拨号； 提供高的网络实用性，并不是ACL的功能，ACL在一定程度上具有安全性。
