IT技术支持工程师


工作职责：


1. 进行日常Helpdesk的工作；
2. 解决终端用户在使用PC过程中出现的故障；


3. 提供小规模搬迁升级服务；


4. 熟悉office ，要做到对常用的功能非常的熟悉，做到可以解决大多数的office的问题；


5. 熟练掌握基本应用软件的使用，进行基本的故障排除。


任职资格：


1．大专以上学历，计算机相关专业；


2．熟悉微软WIN2000，WIN XP等操作系统；


3．英文读写熟练，口语交流流利。





工作地点：上海市黄埔区广东路500号世界贸易大厦1506室


工作时间：五天八小时工作制，其他假期按照劳动法规定实行。


公司福利：五险一金，工作满一年享受5天带薪年假。工龄每增加一年，带薪年假也相应增加一天，堆高带薪年假为15天。
