qq频繁掉线什么原因？？

这网络公司网络出现各种各样的问题，先是cisco 3825 cpu居高不下，qq频繁掉线，现在cpu降下来了，但qq还是频繁掉线，几分钟就掉一次，但我在cmd命令行中输入ping www.baidu.com -t 却不掉包，请问这是什么原因啊？

1.查看网络中是否存在ARP欺骗的。简单来说就是看看在掉线主机上看看网关的IP地址和MAC地址是否对应。可在命令行界面中使用 arp -a 命令。如果发现网关的MAC地址和真实的不一致，那可以确定网内100%存在ARP攻击行为。
2.网络环境差，ping www.baidu.com -t不掉包，你可以尝试ping 大包，例如：
ping www.baidu.com -t -l <数据包大小>。
3.去出口设备上查看接口的信息，是否存在大量的碎桢，错误帧，丢包率是不是很大。

我几个vlan里面的主机都是这种情况，qq频繁掉线，按理说arp欺骗只会影响一个vlan里的主机啊，现在我整个网络都是这样，我查看了下我的出口路由器接口信息，也没有出现大的错误啊

最后路由器恢复出厂设置，然后重新配置了一下就好了，现在还不知道啥原因。。。。。。
