职位描述/要求：

工作职责：

- 负责配置、测试、维护公司的网络系统及相关服务；
- 负责编写内部网络文档；
- 负责运维Windows/Linux操作系统, 内部应用系统, 反病毒程序, email, and  AD。
- 负责Windows/Linux操作系统的安全策略；
- 负责防火墙、路由、交换机、VPN及基于VoIP的PBX的维护；
- 无线运维；

要求:
- 计算机科学或相关专业领域的大专及以上学历；
- 在网络设计、管理、运维方面有5年以上经验，对Windows/Linux，网络架构，服务器集群及存储设备等技术有深入了解；
- 熟悉TCP/IP协议及DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP等相关协议；
- 有较强的技术实施能力和创新能力；
- 有良好的网络设备排错经验；
- 熟悉Cisco设备，必须CCNA，CCNP尤佳；
- 熟悉网络安全策略制定。

Responsibilities:

This person will help design, implement,troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain networks.

- Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WANequipments and related services
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves networkproblems
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentationfor all implemented networks
- Maintain and support company’s LAN/WANenvironment
- Windows and Linux systems, internalapplications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administration
- Hands-on experience implementing and administratingnetwork devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/security within aWindows Server and Linux environment:
- Firewalls
- Cisco / H3C / Netgear network switches
- Cisco / RouterOS routers
- VPN / VoIP PBX
- Wireless Access Points
- Dell server platforms
- Windows Server 2003/2008 Active Directory

Requirements:

- A thorough understanding of the OSI networkmodel, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking
- A practical level of experience implementing andadministrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP,SSH, SMTP, etc.
- Working knowledge of common network monitoringand security utilities
- Troubleshooting focused on determining hardwarevs. software, hardware vs. firmware, software vs. operating system, network vs.application/systems, and patterned vs. non-repeatable problems
- 3-5years of network administration mandatory
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Willingness to learn new technologies andmaintain industry knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- College degree above
- CCNA is a must and CCNP is preferred
- English speaking is preferred.
