Responsibilities:

· Responsible for day to day operationsmatters relating to the support of LAN, WAN and voice services.
· Work with Global NSS Team and vendors

· Establish performance management andmetrics to continuously improve service and delight the customer

· Work on network related solutions forCognizant internal customers

· Implement network related projects inChina

· Other IT support or service tasksassigned

Qualifications:
· 3-5 years workingknowledge/experience of Network (LAN/WAN) Architectures, Configuration andadministrator.
· Be familiar with Cisco routers, switches and PIXFirewalls. CCNA or CCNP is a plus

· A Bachelors Degree in computer scienceor equivalent is preferred.

· Process compliance

· Flexible and with good learningability;
· Good written and oral English;
· Good team work player and with good coordinationskills
