Network ConsultingEngineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

To help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. The NCE delivers the technologies; solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their networks.
Act as the "Company’s face to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.
Responsible for providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Cisco accounts.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues.
Technical requirements: NOS Delivery – Network Operations Service, DCN – Data Center Network

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the IT industry.
CCNA, CCNP certifications are required.
Must have good knowledge of Cisco product lines and technology.
Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
Possess good technical account management skills.
Have strong communication and customer facing skills.

Alanguage skill in Mandarin is a must, and fluency in English is also veryimportant.
