请教一个双工不匹配问题

今天工作中发现一个问题
请问下

交换机上显示如下LOG：

觉得应该是速率不匹配

两边速率不匹配，导致自动协商为半双工。解决方法：两遍配置强制双工和速率，问题解决。

模拟器还是真机？
强制修改速率100M后再修改双工模式试一下
