关于802.1s的问题

我看到802.1 s的时候看到有下面这两句话，不知道有什么区别，
one STP instance per set of VLANs
one STP instance for each VLAN
请教各位大虾~~~谢谢

802.1S即MSTP可以将一组VLAN映射到一个实例，即“one STP instance per set of VLANs”。
PVST+是为每一个VLAN运行一个STP实例，即“one STP instance for each VLAN”。
