假如AS里面所有的router是全网连接(至少在tcp上能够连通),并且全部互为peer,就可以省却igp.因为同步结果是整个as,没有不了解的部分.其实就只有全网连接可以省略igp,因为tcp上连通等于ip连通,等于路由器不通过直连了解其他路由,这种情况要不就用igp,要不就用static route.

It means that the network is full-meshed.
full-mesh means every router has the wire connection to other routers. that's phasical connections between routers in your BGP topology.

错了，IBGP的全网连接并不是说互相之间要有物理连接，而是指要在三层上信息互相可达～
