ProjectManager Job description Level 3.1/3.2
· Extensiveexperience in Project management, driving Project strategy, development priorities, release plans,roadmap, operating model, risk and quality management, budget control andcost management and vendor management· Extensiveexperience in managing multiple projects, working as a liaison between thebusiness and the IT, translating varied business needs into project requirements· Ensuredthat project management deliverables are produced within Schedule, Cost,Scope, Risk mitigation, as per the quality standards, as per contract andestablished standards· Initial Project Kick-off· Managing largeand complex projects, delivery across multiple geographies.· Expertisein setting up the Demand management, Portfolio Management, Change management,Resource management, Financial Management, and related processes· Experienceof IT applications development, including a good understanding of system development life-cycles.· Good understanding of Project Management,particularly in respect of Project Management· Producing reports and dashboardsregarding the status of the Projects in terms of milestones achievements,schedule, benefits, risks & issues.· Managing all project data by establishing,maintaining and archiving of project records.· Recording, tracking and communicating status of projectdeliverables and collecting and maintaining processes, metrics and lessons learned.· Managing and communicatingProject risks; and working with all parties to ensure that these risks andissues have been reflected in the overall project schedule and priorities.Provide specific recommendations for risk mitigation, and facilitate solutions for the Project.· Project Management of medium tohigh level complexity projects. Adhere to project governance standards and delivered withinstated time, costand risk framework· Business Analysis of medium to high levelcomplexity projects· Elicit requirements using various analysis techniques· Research, analyse and drawconclusions - Formally kick-off project with a **ter/PIDs & ensureongoing communication· Manage & coordinate allactivities of the project team and assign skilled & committed resourcesto the project· Creation of Project management plan· Overall Project Schedule, Budget and Scope Management· Report Project Status to Steering Committee· Provide Communication Plan oversight· Actively review project progress adherence to schedule, resource utilization &progress against objective.· Stakeholder Engagement: Ensuretimely project reviews with stakeholders· Senior Stakeholder Relationship Management· Conducting regular team meetings and track service delivery· Strong process / quality orientation; 'continuousimprovement' ethic.· Experienced in the standard MSsoftware products, including Word, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.· PMP, PRINCE 2Certified, 8+ years of experience· Goodcommunication skills - both written and oral - in English / Mandarin
