ap220无线ap起死回生之路艰难，请大家帮帮忙，拜谢！

移动公司在我单位布置了大量的锐捷的rg-ap220-e无线ap，跟他们的分局经理关系较好，拿了一个“借”我，不懂得怎么把它弄成个人使用的，看到坛里热心的老鸟们好多，赶紧来找大家取经。
说明：1、AP220-E是移动公司作为无线ap使用过的（就是cmcc），我自配了console线和电源；
            2、我要用的是单位的电信的光纤宽带网络；
以下是我的操作

准备工作：
        1．AP220-E连接电源；
    2．电脑的网卡接口（RJ-45接口）与AP220-E的以太网接口（c口）连接；
    3．电脑的串口（COM口）与AP220-E的Console端口连接；
        4．利用电脑的超级终端与AP220-E建立连接，具体步骤：开始－程序－附件－通讯－超级终端
       1、点击文件－新建连接，任意输入一个超级终端名称，点确定；
       2、选择国家地区，输入所在地区区号，选择数据线所连端口(注意选择Com口时候要对应Console线接入电脑的Com口)，点确定；
       3、点击还原为默认值，然后确定；
    确定后，此时AP220-E开始载入系统，可以从超级终端上看到诸如系统版本号，ap型号，内存大小等数据。
接下来超级终端就会自己载入系统了。

        我个人的理解是“系统检测到系统联接的GE口（千兆口）没有联接，包括GE1口和GE2口都没接。你按回车应出系统的提示符，可能是有口令才能进系统的。”
    然后我按回车，会跳出“RUIJIE>>”，再输入“enable”口令，它会跳出“PASSWORD>>”让我输入口令，可是到这里后，我按键盘上哪个键都不会被输入，请问这是怎么回事。


    如果我"电脑的网卡接口（RJ-45接口）与AP220-E的以太网接口（c口）连接"，它就会一直跳“接入点本地转发模式改变,从Sulking状态到Idle状态，从idle状态到sulking状态”，这应该是提示我要在端口gi 0/1 or gi 0/2配置IP。
请问我该如何配置ip？或者那个password该如何获取？


另：请问这个无线ap上的reset可以像家用无线路由器一样清除该ap之前的设定吗？


我看网上有人提说打开web服务，可在“RUIJIE>>”底下输入
enable service web-server
username ruijie pass ruijie
enable secret 0 ruijie
之类的命令，却老是提示service单词不被辨识。。。
诚恳地向大家求救，希望有热心人能帮我解答一下怎么配置这个ap，让它起死回生。
本人非科班出身，就是怀着一腔热忱和兴趣。我个人目前在用tp wr840n无线路由，其实不是为了使用它而研究，而是为了兴趣而研究，先拜谢大家！

跟大家汇报下进度：
在gekey大大的指导下，在“Ruijie>”下输入“ap-mode fat”后，输入"en"，转为“Ruijie#”，输入“config”进入全局配置模式。在全局配置模式下进行了以下配置：
第一步，配置 Radio 的通信模式为 FAT 模式

第二步，创建 VLAN
创建 VLAN 1 ，配置 vlan name 为 vlan1

第三步，创建 WLAN ，设置 SSID
创建 WLAN 1 ，配置 SSID 为 wlan1，配置 VLAN 为 1

第四步，创建 Radio 子接口，并封装 VLAN 到该子接口

以上六步配置完成后，用网线连接我的无线路由器和ap220的c口（路由器已配置好，能有线、无线使用），用iphone能搜索到无线接入点的ssid为wlan1，但是无法连接。
