· Work with Global NSS Team and vendors· Establish performance management andmetrics to continuously improve service and delight the customer· Work on network related solutions forCognizant internal customers· Implement network related projects inChina· Other IT support or service tasksassigned Qualifications:
· 3-5 years workingknowledge/experience of Network (LAN/WAN) Architectures, Configuration andadministrator.
· Be familiar with Cisco routers, switches and PIXFirewalls. CCNA or CCNP is a plus· A Bachelors Degree in computer scienceor equivalent is preferred.· Process compliance· Flexible and with good learningability;
· Good written and oral English;
